PEM Electrolyzer Stack

Design lead for PEM electrolyzer stack for new and current product. Led improvements for PEM electrolyzer stack component design. Redesigned compression system to optimize internal cell compression across various stack heights. Developed and implemented stack instrumentation for generation of compression system critical design inputs.

PEM & Solid-Oxide Fuel Cell

Designed and developed components for PEM and SOFC fuel cell systems. Examples include enclosure and platform layout concept design, SOFC plate design, fuel system ejectors. Designed multi-FC light rail frame for stacks and BOP to meet load, weight, and cost limits.

Engine Component Design

Designed, developed, and implemented components for Cummins diesel engines. Led design team for new product introduction of B4.5 marine engine, exhaust and mounting systems owner for X15 marine engine, and redesigned exhaust manifolds across entire portfolio. Developed entire customer tailoring package for QSL engine used in US Navy Workboat Large application. Supported B6.7 Ram Engine Project designing and procuring heat shields and wiring brackets.
